Prior to joining ES&H in 1996, Mr. Lecompte served as the Assistant Comptroller for Cenac Towing Company in Houma, LA for twenty one years. Mr. Lecompte holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Nicholls State University.

Prior to joining ES&H in 1997, Mr. Lormand worked for other OSRO companies specializing in oil spill and hazmat response. Mr. Lormand attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana where he studied Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Lormand successfully completed ICS-410 Incident Commander training at the USCG Training Center in Yorktown, VA.

Farrell J. Lafont, Central Regional Manager of ES&H, has been involved in oil spill response since 1985 and employed with ES&H since 2001. In his tenure he has been afforded the opportunity and experience to be involved...   read morein some of the largest incidents across the country and abroad.  Mr. Lafont successfully completed the Highway Emergency Response Specialist Training at the ERTC Facility in Pueblo, Colorado.  He also holds numerous credentials from other accredited institutions in the industry.  He is responsible for the management of all Emergency Response, Oil Spill, Haz-Mat and Industrial Services from Morgan City to New Orleans to Port Fourchon and Houma, Louisiana.  Mr. Lafont also assists the marketing staff in developing a new customer base as well as maintaining existing customers.  His experience and cross training also allows him to exist in the structure of the Consulting and Training Group as well.

Pat BergeronPatrick J. Bergeron Jr, REM

Pat Bergeron, Vice President of Operations for ES&H Consulting and Training Group, has been involved in the oil and gas industry for the past 18 years. Mr. Bergeron received his formal education at Nicholls State University....   read more where he received a Bachelors of Science in Marine Biology. After graduation, he worked for the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality as an Environmental Quality Specialist in southern Louisiana.  In 1996 he went on to work as the Environmental Manager for Denbury Resources, an independent oil & gas company with operations in the Gulf of Mexico Region.  In 1999 Mr. Bergeron accepted a position with ES&H and was tasked with developing a new proactive business unit for the company, ES&H Consulting and Training Group.  Along with his business development responsibilities, Mr. Bergeron remains the company’s senior Incident Commander.

Prior to joining ES&H, Mr. Voisin received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Ecology from Tulane University and has since earned recognition as a Registered Environmental Manager by the National Registry of Environmental Professionals. Mr. Voisin has been employed with various divisions of ES&H since starting his career and has held the positions of Response Technician, Operations Coordinator, Field Safety Representative, Environmental Consultant, Senior Environmental Consultant, Assistant Manager, and Manager prior to his current regional management position. Mr. Voisin is the Primary Planning Section Chief and Alternate Incident Commander on ES&H’s Spill Management Team.

Miki G. Rieth, Marketing Manager of ES&H, has been involved in the oil and gas industry for the past eight years. Her career began at ES&H in April 2001 when she accepted a position as an Account Representative...   read more for territories in Southeastern Louisiana. In January 2007, Mrs. Rieth was promoted to the Eastern Region Marketing Manager where she oversaw all sales and marketing efforts including a team of six Account Representatives. In December of 2008, Mrs. Rieth was promoted to the Marketing Manager and now oversees all of the sales efforts of ES&H. Throughout Mrs. Rieth’s career at ES&H, she has been involved in some of the largest oil spills in the state of Louisiana. She has worked on numerous oil spills as a liaison in the Command Post and can often be seen on jobs such as tank cleaning, spill response, and remediation projects. Mrs. Rieth attended Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing in 2000.

In 2003, she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management with a Concentration in Human Resources Management and began working full-time within ES&H’s HR Department. In January 2005, she was promoted to Human Resources Manager. Ms. Lowry later acquired her Professional in Human Resources Certification.
