ES&H owns a variety of 24-foot, 48-foot and 53-foot response-boom trailers.

The 24-foot trailers are custom built, efficient and were made for quick, rapid deployments for smaller scale incidents. The 24-foot trailers are two-tiered and contain a small 16-foot response boat, 2000 ft. of 12-inch boom, as well as various amounts of sorbent boom and sorbent pads. The trailer also has a front compartment to store a 25 horsepower engine, miscellaneous PPE, anchors and fuel. Each unit is maintained in a “response-ready state” 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.

Our 48-foot and 53-foot response-boom trailers contain 5,000 ft. to 8,000 ft. of containment boom with 50+ anchors and rope. Some trailers have the boom strategically laced in the trailer for rapid deployment, while others have the boom palletized. Each unit is maintained in a “response ready state” 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. These trailers are positioned throughout all of our office locations. Should the need arise for one of the trailers on an incident, ES&H can easily back under the trailer, connect and drive to the spill, eliminating wasted time in getting the personnel to an office and loading the boom.
