Emergency ResponseEnvironmental emergencies are among the greatest challenges your company can face. You have to respond quickly, and you have to do it right. We can help.
Oil Spill Response
ES&H specializes in helping industries prevent and clean up oil and other hydrocarbon spills. We have been involved in the cleanup efforts of some of the largest spills along the Gulf Coast, including incidents of national significance. From massive well blowouts and pipeline ruptures to train derailments and other industrial incidents, we have earned the trust of major companies and smaller independents.
We also bring valuable experience to bear in working with the regulatory agencies that have jurisdiction over environmental emergencies. Our personnel maintain professional relationships with these agencies to facilitate trust, understanding, and a better working relationship between your company and the regulators.
Hazardous Material Spill Response
Whether you are faced with an overturned truck, a toxic leak, a train derailment, or worse—you can rest assured knowing that ES&H has the experience and resources to get your organization through the situation. Our Level "A" HAZMAT trailers are thoroughly outfitted and ready to respond to incidents on the highway, railway, or waterway.
Natural Disaster Response
Tropical storms and hurricanes are a fact of life in the Gulf, bringing extreme wind, rain, and storm surge that can cause oil spills. We were involved in the cleanup efforts of eight of the top ten oil spills in Louisiana that resulted from Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005. Our evacuation plan ensures that we are ready to mobilize as soon as a storm passes. When you need us most, we will be there.
